Thank you does not seem like enough. My circumstances were difficult, some might say Herculean. A refinance was my saving grace. Others turned me downwards without even trying. Not and then with Grandview. I was blessed to work with Timothy Egan, the experience was amazing. I recall the first thing he asked me was to tell him what was going on, what did I need. Very refreshing. We had a Plan A in place and when that cruel through, Timothy Egan did not miss a trounce but quickly pivoted to Programme B and I'chiliad happy and I'1000 thankful to say that we were able to close a couple of days ago. Everyone's circumstances, finances, etc. are different. Life is not a one size fits all. It makes a deviation when someone is willing to at least effort. And try Timothy Egan did. He went above and across, had patience, sage advice and words of encouragement. He didn't sugar coat the difficulty of my item situation, but he did say he would practise his best. And that he did. Timothy Egan guided me through this very daunting process and I will be forever grateful. I highly recommend Grandview Lending, and I know from my experience, you can't get incorrect with Timothy Egan. I have already referred a couple of friends to him and if the demand should ever arise, Grandview is the only mortgage lender for me! Hillary and Leslie were extremely helpful and kind in the process. Nosotros were starting time time home buyers and it was a process to say the least. Working with these two ladies fabricated it so much easier. They were at that place at every footstep helping and guiding the states through this.
